PEP’s programs are designed to meet the real needs of communities in West Nile and beyond. From education and health to livelihoods, environment, and governance, each initiative empowers people with skills, opportunities, and hope for a brighter future.

Education & Child Development

PEP works with schools, teachers, and communities to improve access and quality of education for vulnerable children. We provide learning support, mobilize resources, and equip educators with better skills to ensure every child has a chance to thrive and break the cycle of poverty.

Health & WASH

Our health programs focus on HIV/AIDS and TB interventions, maternal and child health, and adolescent wellness. We also promote safe water, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Through partnerships with health facilities and organizations, we bring lifesaving support closer to the communities that need it most.

Livelihood & Empowerment

We equip youth, women, and disadvantaged groups with vocational and entrepreneurial skills such as bar soap making, chalk making, and briquette production. Through Village Savings & Loan Associations (VSLAs) and financial literacy training, PEP helps families generate income, grow small businesses, and achieve self-reliance.

Environment & Good Governance

PEP combines environmental action with advocacy. We promote tree planting, wetlands restoration, and clean energy technologies to fight climate change while sustaining livelihoods. Alongside this, we champion human rights, gender equality, child protection, and community accountability — ensuring people and nature thrive together.
